Claudia Torres, MSN, RN

Claudia brings 20 years of nursing across rehab hospital and acute care hospitals. She has served as a Chief Nurse Executive across inpatient rehab hospitals and long-term acute care hospitals. Most recently Claudia served as the Clinical Risk Manager at a Trauma 1 medical center in San Antonio and before that she served as the Quality Director at a San Antonio rehab hospital.

 

Claudia directed compliance processes, incident reporting, root cause analysis and implementation planning including evaluation of patient safety and improvement. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas A&M International and a Master of Nursing, Executive Nurse Leadership from the University of Texas-Medical Branch.
